Lonely Telescope

I imagine the Hubble telescope is much like I was in high school. A little broken, near sighted, kind of lonely. It’s weird to identify with a giant orbiting telescope. When I got older and could finally get contact lenses I started to come out of my shell and become slightly more popular. The Hubble upon getting it’s vision fixed started taking pictures of our early universe, which is like being popular… sort of. As I went to parties, the Hubble saw the cosmic background radiation… which after a few beers I’m pretty sure I can see as well. (Stares into a snowy television.)
