Answer me honestly. How many of you have searched the net looking for ex-girlfriends / boyfriends? How many have entered chat rooms with the specific purpose of confusing and angering as many people as you could? The web is not a place for normal (socially acceptable) human behavior, which leads me to my point. The web is not a place to meet people with whom you’re looking to have a serious relationship.

That doesn’t stop anyone. The amount of couples whom met on the internet is increasing, along with obesity, depression, poverty, and the number of ants in my kitchen. Think they’re unrelated? I saw one of those little buggers hold up a PDA the other day, right before I squashed him. Be careful on those chat rooms friends, you never know what you could be talking to.

Love this one! My husband and I met on the internet, though it wasn’t through one of those “Only $150.00 monthly” sites… or however much they charge people. We met on a MMORPG , and neither of us were looking for any type of relationship. We were just looking to kill other players. xD lol! We have 3 children now and our oldest is four, and, wow, I worry everyday about how I am going to explain how mommy came from Georgia and daddy came from California, oh and how the internet was involved. I think by then our media and schools will only be polluted by how old men stalk children on the internet.

Though my husband and I still play WoW !

It’s good that you still have WOW to go back to and remind yourself of the early days of falling in love. I have the movie Garden State, Coffee Shops, and the city of Columbus Ohio for that very same purpose.

I’m willing to bet our kidlets will be crafty enough to survive on the big bad internet. Probably way craftier than we were.

“Back in my day you had to call your friend on the phone to play a video game together, and only two people could play at a time.” I say to my future children.
