I originally wanted to end Cold War 2.0 week with a cartoon similar to this, but it didn’t feel like it belonged… The previous joke may have sucked as well, I can’t remember. Anyway, I showed it to my wife and she didn’t think it was funny, and then we got into a “discussion” about humor, and of course I was a little peeved that I couldn’t get it right. So then I started thinking about arguments and for some reason sudoku, which led me to this little gem.

The thing about humor is, you can’t force it. It simply spills out of you like chicken curry. Later I realized the first idea for this cartoon didn’t work because the joke was about microbes flying into space, which is kind of boring. However, a fight between two microbes who have already been thrown into space is much funnier. I hope.
