I agreed with the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy when it said the will to become a leader automatically disqualifies you for that position. I just wish being grossly unqualified also meant you didn’t have a chance to become president. Sadly (as the current US leader exemplifies), this is not true. Though, it might help us in the long run. Just imagine if the president were intelligent as well as evil… *shudders*
I am one of those Americans very eagerly counting down to the next election. Not that I think there’s a really great amazing candidate (there never is), but at least they won’t be a Bush.
Would it be that hard to hold the elections early?

It doesn’t surprise me to hear that you are of that mind set. I am also waiting with baited breath for the next election. Is there a candidate that you prefer? I am leaning towards Obama.

I was leaning towards Hillary a while ago just because I want there to be a woman president, I dunno. It’s so hard when they’re such skeez bags. Sure Gravel, and Paul say a lot of great things, but anyone can say great things. What are they going to do if we elect them is the problem. We need a time machine just to get a good answer.

I think if Hillary did become president that it would make for a very interesting comparison. Bush who is so masculine and macho, who struts around the White house like hes got a stick up his ass. To Hillary who isn’t the most feminine woman I know but still got a serious case of the double x.
My woman’s intuition says that Hillary if elected would still act very similar, or at least not as revolutionary as we need, as to not upset the masses of chauvinists.

We need a gay black man stat!

No, a lesbian, native american woman! Talk about upsetting the status quo!

I would definitely vote for a lesbian, native american woman. Now where do we find one of those?

The most likely thing to happen is that The Bush’s & The Bin Laden’s will enjoy their success in tricking the American people for 8 years(which they so obviously didn’t) & swim in their 1 million dollar gold plated swimming pool filled with oil then when the money runs out, another Yale & Skull and Bones member will become president forcefully. Ah, Democracy. Nothin beats that

I don’t think either Obama or Hillary will do anything differently than what Bush has been doing, they just won’t look as stupid while doing it. Their campaigns are costing them astronomical sums and the only way they could afford it is if they were backed by big businesses. These businesses operate to make a profit, not help people. I think either Ron Paul or Mike Gravel are the only option if you want to live in a country where your opinion matters.

Gee, and here I was thinking I’d be looking at an actual recipe, not a lousy cartoon and an annoying blog post. You know, since this was submitted to the Carnival of the Recipes. Ring any bells with whoever runs this blog?
Don’t you people know that politics and food don’t mix? It’s bad for your digestion.

Nope, doesn’t ring any bells.

The next election, as my twin sister so readily distilled it, basically comes down to who the American people are collectively less biased against: women, or blacks.

I wonder if the cam works whilst he is in the swimming pool
