Sure it helps hide the homeless problem, but when it rains the skyscrapers sag. It’s really tough to stay upbeat in a city that looks like it’s moping.

[update]: Chris Harding from We the Robots has a funny banner posted on his website. He’s trying to transition his website slowly into serving ads, much the opposite tactic of my own. I must say, it’s a good move on his part.

Will webcomics ever make enough to afford their creators a comfortable living? If your idea of comfortable living is a small place somewhere interesting, some kids, and a bike… I hope so. Thankfully, the best comic creators don’t do it for the money, and for that very reason, will be able to continue making great work.
