I thought that the guy with $2 made $48 for distracting the other guy, and the pickpocket got to keep $2. Or maybe it’s just the morning and my maths brain isn’t on yet.

What I would say is the first guy got robbed by someone else and at the same time, the second guy was given 48 dollars for distracting him. All the true robber needed was bus fair

interesting how many people pay attention to the minut (I think thats how its spelled but if not I’m sure someone will correct me) details rather than just the humor of the situation. I wonder if that takes some of the funny out.
